All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email once your order ships. Shipping Details: All items ship from our U.S.-based studio Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days Shipping costs are calculated at checkout Free shipping on orders over $[Insert Amount] (optional) Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Lobe Oddities is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. Returns & Exchanges We want you to love your jewelry. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer flexible return and exchange options within a 50-day window: Return Timeline: Within 30 Days: You’re eligible for a full refund or exchange. 31 to 50 Days: You may request a 50% refund or an exchange. After 50 Days: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued. Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return or exchange: Item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging You must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect How to Request a Return or Exchange: Email returns@lobeoddities.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions and the appropriate return address. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account For exchanges, the replacement item will ship after the returned item is received and verified Exceptions: The following items are non-returnable, unless defective: Earrings that have been worn Custom or personalized items Gift cards Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lobeoddities.com. We will gladly replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
